IMC seeks an exceptional HR leader with a proven track record in developing and expanding HR functions in high-performing, technology-driven, entrepreneurial environments. We are looking for a leader who can build the people strategy, set strategic direction, and redefine what the HR function means to the company. This leadership position, reporting directly to the Managing Director, offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on our organization. Through a clear HR vision, you will lead the strategic HR roadmap and initiatives, empower our employees, promote our shared values, and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

THE TEAM

As the Head of HR, you will lead the local HR function and a dynamic team of HRBPs, HR Generalists, and future L&D and compensation professionals. You will ensure our programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with overall business objectives. Alongside this team, you will lead various people-related topics, including employee onboarding and integration strategies, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, training and development, HR policies, and the overall well-being of our employees. Your leadership will inspire the HR team and others across the organization, providing guidance and support to help them perform at their best and contribute to their overall success.

THE WORK

You and your team will leverage data-driven insights to align HR strategies with our business objectives. You'll ensure a structured approach to working, driving continuous improvement to set direction, prioritize tasks, and foster a culture that enhances talent engagement and company impact. By analyzing people trends, measuring employee performance, and identifying areas for improvement, you will contribute to building an HR organization with a strong foundation. Additionally, developing the leadership skills of our team leads is essential for our growth. Collaborating with the Learning and Development Program Manager, you will design and implement coaching programs that equip leads with the tools and techniques to effectively lead and motivate their team members. You will also lead initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion, encouraging open communication and enhancing employee well-being by championing a culture that values and celebrates differences, initiative, collaboration, and optimism – ensuring that our people reflect the diversity ambition and the communities in which we operate.

THE SCOPE

As a forward-thinking HR leader with solid business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit, you will have a vision for the HR organization and how to shape it for the future. You can translate business objectives into clear, actionable goals for the HR team. Working closely with the Global Head of HR, you will shape global HR topics, including performance management processes, appraisal metrics, employee feedback, and coaching. By staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging innovative HR practices, you will position our HR organization as a strategic partner in driving organizational success, both locally and globally. Furthermore, you will closely partner with our Head of Recruitment to attract and hire high-performing and accomplished talent.
