In this pivotal position, you'll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake with managers to the final contract proposal. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to secure the best talent. You'll also play a key role in shaping our internal mobility strategy, campus recruitment efforts, and employer branding initiatives.

- Lead Recruitment Processes: Manage the full process from intake to contract proposal with precision and efficiency.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with management and HR to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Innovate Campus Recruitment: Drive the Allianz Scholarship Program and engage with emerging talent.

Your Profile
Do you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, HR, or a related field? Proven recruitment track record within corporate environments or agencies? Experience within the financial services is definitely a plus. Are you a natural networker, results-driven, and organized? We need someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French depending on your location.
