Job Description & Summary
We are seeking a curious, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our Culture and Behavior team in PwC Assurance. This role is perfect for someone who sees vulnerability as a strength, who is eager to learn, and has a background in consultancy and / or organizational change. What will you be doing?
You will be part of an ambitious, multidisciplinary team that drives change to improve our quality-oriented culture. As a Senior Culture and Behavior Advisor, you will be a trusted advisor and facilitator for the business, focusing on organizational change with our teams and leadership. As a Culture and Behavior Advisor, your work will include:
- Act as a trusted advisor on culture, behavior, and change, with a focus on the topics of psychological safety, curiosity, connective communication, and ethics.
- Foster an environment of psychological safety, encouraging open communication and mutual respect.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate our culture and behavior principles into the daily way of working.
- Designing interventions to bring the above-mentioned topics to the business.
- Facilitate dialogue sessions and workshops related to the topics above.
- Demonstrate curiosity by staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in organizational change, culture, and behavior.
- Exhibit a team player attitude, contributing positively to team dynamics and company culture.
Does this describe you?
- A master's or bachelor's degree in organizational change, psychology, philosophy, cultural anthropology, or comparative. With a master's degree with over 5 years' experience or a bachelor's degree with over 8 years’ work experience and 3 years in facilitation and/or consultancy.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a requirement.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Experience in working with a team to design, guide, and manage change processes.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to communicate & connect with stakeholders clearly, concisely, and confidently across all levels of the organization, tailoring messaging accordingly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A curious mind and an advocate for learning above knowing.
Appreciated Skills (not mandatory):
Experience with Deep Democracy and / or Non-Violent Communication is highly appreciated. We specifically invite people with experience in these areas to apply.
