We are looking for a top-notch behavioral expert who wants to make a real difference at Rabobank. 

You & Your Role

As a Behavioral Expert at Rabobank, you will play a crucial role in fostering behavioral patterns within the bank. You will assess behavioral patterns, advise and co-create intervention plans with HR Business and leadership teams, and initiate evidence-based interventions to realize impact and measure results. Your expertise will help integrate bank-wide standards into daily work and identify focus areas.

• Evaluate and analyze behavioral patterns within the bank.
• Engage with stakeholders across Rabobank to embed behavioral standards in their daily activities. 
• Design and implement interventions based on behavioral science to drive change. 
• Continuously learn and develop to be a thought leader for behavioral change within Rabobank. 
• Collaborate with HR Business and leadership teams to design and implement intervention plans.

The Behavioral Expert team serves as a core expertise team to align culture and behavior knowledge, insights, and interventions to foster the behavioral patterns within Rabobank. Within the team, we help and strengthen each other, and outside of the team, we are trusted experts for our colleagues.

You & Your Talent 

• Master’s degree in behavioral science, e.g. in (organizational) psychology, anthropology, sociology. 
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in applying behavioral science in organizations to realize business goals. 
• A proven record in senior stakeholder management and consulting on senior management. 
• Hands-on mentality, strong execution power, able to think outside the box to set and implement effective behavior interventions. 
• Experience in applying behavioral science to realize business goals. 
• Knowledge of and experience with designing assessments, qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analysis (and related software). 
• Good analytical skills and strategic overview.
• Influencing skills to convey insights to trigger actual change. 
• Excellent organizational sensitivity. 
• Able to deliver and advise independently. 
• A team player and keen to learn every day. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and in Dutch.
