Senior Behavioral Scientist

You will develop evidence-based interventions that foster the desired mindset and actions in our organization. As an adviser and inspirator you will further strengthen our work culture, optimize HR products and services, and help teams throughout the whole bank to achieve our strategic ambitions. You will be part of a fun and professional team of around 15 behavioral scientists within our HR chapter Culture & Behavior.

You have a proven record in behavioral science in the context of organizational change. Your experience proves that you are a thought leader and your ambition shows that you want to develop impactful and futureproof interventions and are able to be a sparring partner for senior leaders.

You and your talent

• Masters degree in behavioral science
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience with (applied) behavioral science in organizations
• A proven record in senior stakeholdermanagement and consulting on senior management
• Proven experience in coaching and leading team members in craft and skills.
• Hands on mentality, strong execution power, able to think outside the box to set and implement effective behavior interventions
• Able to lead and advise independently
• You are a team player and keen to learn every day
• Good verbal and written communication (English and Dutch preferably)
