Oliver Wyman - Recruiting Coordinator
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Dutch recruiting operations. This role offers hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, exposure to candidate engagement, and close collaboration with consultants and recruiting professionals.
Key responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, , and recruitment events
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Draft and send candidate communications, offer letters, and interview feedback summaries
- Assist with campus and virtual recruiting events (logistics, outreach, and follow-up)
- Support on recruitment reporting and basic analytics on pipeline, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content
- Support ad-hoc local HR/recruiting projects and process improvement efforts
What we’re looking for:
- Master degree completed
- Previous recruiting experience
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR, or consulting industry recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Dutch
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working across teams
- Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- AI curiosity and learning mindset — explores AI tools and practical applications to improve day-to-day work.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting events or employer branding activities
- Basic experience with data reporting or simple analytics in Excel
