Junior Recruiter
As our Junior Recruiter, you’ll support the Talent Acquisition team in finding and hiring great people to join LYNX. You’ll assist with the recruitment process, coordinate with hiring managers, and make sure candidates have a smooth and positive experience.
What you'll do:
- Support the recruitment process from posting job openings to scheduling interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers in different departments and countries
- Keep our Applicant Tracking System (Softgarden) up to date and organized
- Communicate with candidates and help ensure a positive experience throughout the process
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and reviewing applications
- Help with reporting and documentation related to recruitment
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth handover from hiring to onboarding
- Assist with recruitment-related projects when needed
What you'll bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Some experience or internship in recruitment or HR is a plus
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch or German
- A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
