As an HR Project Manager at Worldline, you lead diverse HR projects end-to-end: onboarding and C&B improvements, HR process optimization, HR system changes, stakeholder alignment, and team knowledge sharing from concept to successful implementation.

The Opportunity

Join our team as an HR Project Manager, where you'll take ownership of the projects from conception to delivery. This hands-on role focuses on driving successful diverse HR projects, from improving the onboarding process to C&B projects, from HR process improvement to HR system implementations/alterations. A broad HR project role.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Drive HR projects from start to implementation, ensuring end-to-end project delivery.
  • Make necessary adjustments and configurations within the HR system to meet project requirements.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions amongst team members to build collective expertise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful implementation outcomes, including communication to all stakeholders.

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can act as an ambassador for Worldline Group’s transparent culture, balancing global standards with local context and ensuring decisions and processes are clear and explainable. In practice this means:

  • 3+ years of experience in the similar position, with Bachelors/Masters in relevant field.
  • Broad understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Accommodating approach when working with diverse stakeholders and team members.
  • Solution-driven mindset with ability to identify and resolve implementation challenges.
  • Strong communication skills for effective knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience in (virtual) people management is an advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in Dutch and English is a must.
