As the Head of Talent & Development, you will pilot Allianz Benelux's talent strategy, focusing on building organizational capabilities, accelerating leadership development, and facilitating business transformation through strategic workforce planning. You will lead integrated talent solutions covering Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Talent Management, aligning with Group strategy and addressing evolving business needs. Your role will promote a culture of continuous learning and high performance while driving HR transformation initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy Leadership: Collaborate with HR Business Partners to translate strategic workforce planning objectives into concrete talent actions.
  • Skill Gap Identification: Identify critical skill gaps and future capability needs to support business strategy.
  • Talent Solutions Design: Develop and implement talent solutions that foster organizational agility and transformation.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide strategic insights and talent analysis to the Board and leadership.
  • Learning & Development Portfolio: Design and deploy a forward-looking L&D portfolio, promoting digital and agile learning cultures.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Define and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning and business needs.
  • Culture & Talent Synergy: Collaborate with leaders to align talent and culture initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of talent management experts, providing coaching and support.
  • Transformation Projects: Drive HR transformation projects, including digitalization and automation of talent processes.

Your Profile:

You are an experienced professional with expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR technology, organizational development, change management, talent analytics, and workforce planning. Holding a Master's degree with relevant experience, you excel in professionalism, communication skills, proactivity, and strategic thinking. You possess collaborative leadership, customer and market excellence, entrepreneurship, and trust-building skills.
