As the global workforce evolves and organizations continue to change, the People Advisory Services (PAS) practice provides clients with an effective set of integrated offerings solving their most pertinent people related business challenges. This role is part of our efforts to enhance our People Advisory Services (PAS) practice in The Netherlands. As a Senior Manager People Performance Management, you focus on projects related to People Performance Management. You will deliver high quality client service and insightful solutions while balancing multiple priorities and projects. Your projects will often take place in an international and dynamic environment. 

  • Be responsible for the development of the People Performance Management service offering and go-to-market plan, hereby generating profitable revenue. 
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for colleagues and peers, and act as a visible role model for our people in general and in the field of PPM knowledge. 
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities and pro-actively generate new client opportunities, by understanding EY and its service offerings. 
  • Lead client engagement teams, hereby analyzing and solving clients’ People Performance 
  • Management problems and develop solutions to achieve their desired outcomes.

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future 
People Performance Management is a relatively new service offering within the PAS practice. Your role will be to further develop and lead this offering and the team, based on your ideas, knowledge in this field, commercial drive and experience. In addition, you will lead client engagement teams aiming to analyze and solve our clients’ PPM problems and develop solutions to achieve their desired outcomes. 

  • At least 10 years of experience in working as a (HR) management consultant for a consultancy firm and/or in senior HR roles for (a) large corporate organization(s). 
  • A Masters degree in HR and/or Change Management. 
  • A proven track record of shaping and running complex, high profile People Performance Management projects including building relationships, winning new opportunities and managing various stakeholders. 
  • Has a storng drive and energy to lead and grow the People Performance Management Team. 
  • Has a contemporary perspective on the concept of People Performance Management and is able to develop a rigorous and relevant Performance Management approach and thought leadership to bring to the market.
