The opportunity
As a Senior Consultant HR Technology within our People Advisory Services (PAS) group, you will contribute to client engagements in the area of HR Technology. In this role, you will deliver quality client service and insightful solutions while balancing multiple priorities. 

Your key responsibilities
As a member of the HR Technology Team, you will join an experienced and diverse group of professionals that is engaged in assisting clients with issues in the field of HR and IT/Digital. As a Senior Consultant, you are directed to assisting HR transformations that are related to changes in technology. Together with the team you help customers with, for example, their challenges regarding a (new) HR or payroll system. You support with activities such as the creation of a business case, vendor selection and implementation. You also assist customers with inventory and optimizing processes. You work on a project basis and often find our projects take place in an international dynamic environment. In short, you will be working in a dynamic world with a constant focus on applying the latest technology to optimize the HR organization of our customers. In these projects you have the freedom to bring in your ideas, knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to help the clients resolve their challenges. 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Contribute to the delivery of HR Technology projects, demonstrate technical competence and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges
  • Identify engagement opportunities and generating new client opportunities, collaborate on business development and account management efforts, and (further) develop lasting relationships with clients
  • Be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions
  • Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior colleagues and peers, and act as a visible role model for our people
  • Success in this role will come to those who are proactive, resilient, and adaptable to different circumstances. Collaboration and quality-consciousness are key behaviors necessary to deliver high performance in this role

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Several years of proven experience in HR consulting and projects to large multinationals, of which at least one year experience in advising on HR organizations and processes within a consulting/project environment
  • Completed university degree, preferably in Business or Human Resource Management
  • Demonstrated experience with the implementation of HR Technology, such as SuccessFactors
  • Good ability to work both independently and in teams
  • You are accurate, proactive and have analytical skills
  • Able to build a network and proactive in spotting opportunities, both internally and externally
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Willing to, if necessary, work internationally
