Recruitment Coordinator (EMEIA FSO) - EY

Locatie: Amsterdam

To take responsibility for coordination and monitoring of external Partner recruitment administration across service lines within the business and across nineteen European markets for EMEIA Financial Services sub-area within EY. 
Another important part of this role is being responsible for gathering and collating weekly/monthly/quarterly recruitment information in relation to recruitment operations for experienced hires across EMEIA Financial Services.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience of being successful in a busy administrator type role in professional services or similar environment
  • Strong organisational skills. Able to juggle varied priorities simultaneously in an appropriate manner. Flexible approach to workload and requests and ability to quickly re-prioritise
  • Able to use own initiative, creative in problem solving, self-sufficient and demonstrate a proactive approach
  • Confident communicator and well organised. Able to operate appropriately at a very senior level within the organisation
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship and people management skills with ability to build and maintain good relationships
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in dealing with the most routine tasks
  • Ability to influence challenging clients and key stakeholders, manage resistance and escalate as appropriate.  Demonstrate resilience and robustness
  • Able to demonstrate successful track record of process improvements and best use of technology
  • Knowledge of recruitment and on boarding processes
  • Ideally some experience of working internationally to be able to adapt to different cultures and ways of working and communicating
  • Ability to act as ambassador for the firm
  • Degree level or equivalent qualification level

Typical activities

  • Coordinate informal meetings, interviews and complex interview schedules in a timely manner by liaising with Recruitment, the business and candidates/agencies. Proactively keep recruiters up to date with progress
  • Ensure that candidate communication is managed to recruitment KPIs and respond to enquiries from the business and external consultants and vendors in an appropriate manner
  • Collate monthly and weekly progress reports and distribute to Recruitment, senior partners and the management team
  • Manage the DAP recruitment calendar and mailbox
  • Proactively build and develop internal and external network of contacts
  • Liaise with Recruitment team/s and the business to ensure smooth handover of employee data
  • Support with Recruitment Operations by arranging monthly recruiters call and requesting experienced hire and student hire data from Markets.
  • Initiating pre-employment screening with third party provider – Security Watchdog
  • Point of contact for candidates and prospective joiners regarding administration details, return of paperwork, etc
  • Process invoices including those for search agencies and other recruitment related costs
  • Other ad-hoc administration and reporting tasks as required and directed by the Senior Manager
  • Update Avature and Recruitment Tracker systems and spreadsheets to ensure data integrity
  • Demonstrate a ‘one stop shop’ for all HRSSC related queries
  • Contribute to wider stakeholder projects/initiatives
