As the global workforce evolves and organizations continue to change, the People Advisory Services (PAS) practice provides clients with an effective set of integrated offerings solving their most pertinent people related business challenges. This role is part of our efforts to enhance our PAS practice in the Netherlands. As a member of the PAS Talent team you will join an experienced and diverse group of professionals that is engaged in assisting clients to effectively manage their people related business challenges. Our PAS Talent team focusses on projects related to organizational learning, capability development and instructional design. You will deliver high quality client service and insightful solutions while balancing multiple priorities and projects. Your projects will often take place in an international and dynamic environment. Your role within a project is to support clients in developing tailored learning solutions in both digital (e.g. video and e-learning) and more traditional methods (e.g. >

  • Lead client facing project teams and work with a wide variety of clients on Capability Development projects whilst demonstrating thorough understanding of how people learn.
  • Be able to translate complex messaging into understandable and teachable content (instructional design) and transfer or teach this content effectively to clients or end users. 
  • Manage project deadlines, risks and dependencies in order to deliver the best end result for the client, within the agreed budget. 
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities and pro-actively generating new client opportunities, by understanding EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve (existing) clients, manage business development and account management efforts, and (further) develop lasting relationships with clients. 
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior colleagues and peers, and act as a visible role model for our people and company.

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future 

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience including, for example, previous work with a Big Four firm, global management consultancy firm, or niche consultancy, or performed an in-house role where you managed staff on multiple projects and provided direction to team members.  
  • A university degree in Human Resources, Educational Sciences, Psychology or Business. 
  • A self-starter, analytical, flexible and resilient with a strong focus on quality. Client focused with a commercial drive and a proven track record in driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects.  
  • Is passionate about the people side of Capability Development and takes pride in the work they do.
