About the job
As a Manager HR Function Transformation at PwC, you are constantly challenged in a changing and digital world to work with clients on their initiatives to make their people and HR function ready for the future. In this role, you advise on large scale and complex HR projects on various current HR issues that affect our clients. You advise clients on topics such as strategic workforce planning, agility and automation, process design, HR shared services, employee experience, communications and designing and implementing HR Target Operating Models.
Translating a strategic vision on these topics into a practical and people focused approach is always the challenge. Together with a larger team of different specialists you do this by being critical, independent and focused on a sustainable result. You act as a sparring partner for your clients and your colleagues and know how to make meaningful connections at different levels, with executives, (top) management and professionals.
You spend a lot of time on site at the client to feel and gauge how the change is coming along and how it’s landing within the team and where adjustments are needed. Even in complex transformations you can lead a team to a good result, for example by motivating and coaching clients to successfully carry out their own roles
You have extensive experience with the HR function and transformations within the field. You are action minded and don’t shy away from a work environment with a steep learning curve that allows for constant personal development. You adjust effortlessly to any situation and look for opportunities to collaborate where possible. In addition, you consider it a challenge to go that little bit further for the client.
Experience
-
Relevant academic degree (e.g. organizational sciences, human resources, sociology, organizational psychology, business administration), or equivalent;

Background in and broad, in depth experience (minimum of 5 years) with the HR field;

Extensive project management experience;

A proven track record working on a variety of HR topics, such as HR process design, employee experience, people transformation, strategic workforce planning, HR TOM, reorganizations, RPA, people analytics etc.;

Proven successful track record in procuring consulting work.

Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
