Position & Requirements
Position
As HR Business Partner you act as a sparring partner and coach for managers on strategic and tactical issues relating to our professionals and the organization. You are able to challenge our managers on how to promote the core values of the organization and consistently implement the HR policies and guidelines.
Furthermore you act as catalyst for performance management related matters, structural questions relating to dynamics in the workforce and talent management.
The HR Business Partner enables a strong connect of the business with the HR organization. You act as a driving force – signaling new developments and needs that are relevant to the business and advising on how to integrate or implement these developments into practices, policies and processes. You also use your extensive and up-to-date knowledge on HR and market developments to help further develop the HR disciplines.
You can think in structures, processes and systems, but primarily in terms of the effectiveness of strong guidance. You are inspiring, influential and pro-active. You are able to look at issues from new angles and apply your experience.
Strengthening execution and building inclusive leadership within the organization is an important focus point. You offer managers professional advice and support, but also – where necessary – tempt them out of their comfort zone. You can think and act from both a development and a conceptual angle.
Cooperation is vital. You can operate at various levels within an organization to achieve organizational objectives while ensuring that the focus remains on the people involved.
