Job description
Employees are of crucial importance in the success of a transaction. At the same time, they are often the intangible factor within an organization, especially in times of change. We help our clients from strategy to execution meaning all the way from due diligence or feasibility study up to the integration or transformation of their company.

As a manager in the People in Deals and Transformation, you plan, (co)lead and implement these type of deals and transformations together with a young and enthusiastic team. You play a key role in driving this in a holistic way by connecting and working together with operations, finance, legal, tax and other stakeholders. You can lean on a broad team of specialists in pensions, employment tax and social security, labour law, HR technology, compensation & benefits and change and communications.

You have experience and interest in the people matters of organisations going through a change, such as mergers, acquisitions or restructurings. You are result oriented and interested in a working environment with a steep learning curve that allows for constant personal development. You are able to adjust to a situation and look for opportunities to collaborate. In addition, you consider it a challenge to go that little bit further for the client and your team.

  • Relevant academic degree or MBA
  • Background in and broad, in depth experience (4-6 year) with the HR field
  • Experience with complex multi-disciplinary HR projects and project management
  • Experience with working with data and tooling
  • Familiar with building and maintaining a relevant client network
  • Preferably, knowledge and experience of restructurings and M&A processes or outsourcing
  • Analytical and strategic thinker
  • Team player
  • Pragmatic
  • Can do mentality and able to see things in perspective
  • Flexible in terms of working hours and (international) travel
  • Open for feedback and able to speak up
